Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ClipSync ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

License Grant

Free Version

The free version of ClipSync is provided at no cost and includes the following limitations:

• Maximum of 2 paired devices
• Maximum of 20 clipboard syncs per day
• Text-only synchronization (images are not synced)

Professional Version

Upon purchasing a Professional license, you receive:

• A perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ClipSync
• Unlimited device pairing
• Unlimited daily syncs
• Full image synchronization support
• Free software updates for the lifetime of the product
• Priority technical support

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or license information
• Share, sell, rent, or transfer your license key to others
• Use the Software for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent the license verification system

Purchases and Refunds

Payment

All purchases are processed through our payment provider, Creem. By making a purchase, you agree to Creem's terms of service and privacy policy.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region. All prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If ClipSync Professional does not work for your setup, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will help you resolve the issue or refund your order.

After 7 days, all sales are final. Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after the 7-day period
• Failure to read the product description or system requirements
• Technical issues that can be resolved with support assistance

Software Updates

We regularly release updates to improve ClipSync. Professional license holders receive all updates for free, for the lifetime of the product. We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions of the Software.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not guarantee that the Software will meet your requirements or that it will be compatible with all hardware and software configurations.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Software

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software license.

Data and Privacy

ClipSync is designed to operate entirely within your local network. We do not collect, store, or have access to your clipboard content. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your devices
• Ensuring your local network is secure
• Backing up important data
• Complying with all applicable laws when using the Software

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ClipSync to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with the Software's operation

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Software immediately ceases
• You must uninstall all copies of the Software
• No refunds will be provided for terminated licenses

System Requirements

ClipSync requires:

• Windows: Windows 10 or later
• macOS: macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later
• Network: Local area network (LAN) connection
• Storage: At least 100MB of free disk space

Support

We provide technical support via email at [email protected]. Professional license holders receive priority support with faster response times.

Support is provided in English and Chinese. We typically respond within 24 hours on business days.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of ClipSync.
