Nestora Privacy Policy

How Nestora handles account information, room photos, generated images, subscriptions, support requests, and related service data.

1. Who We Are

Nestora is an AI interior design application that helps users upload room photos and generate design ideas. For privacy questions, contact us at [email protected].

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information, such as email address, nickname, authentication identifiers, and login method.
  • Room photos and generated design images that you upload, create, view, or save in the app.
  • Purchase and subscription status from App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. We do not receive full payment card numbers.
  • Device and usage information, such as app version, device type, diagnostics, logs, and network request metadata.
  • Support communications you send to us.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide login, image upload, AI generation, history, subscription, and support features.
  • Process photos through AI and storage providers selected for the service.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, debug errors, and improve service quality.
  • Verify subscription entitlement and restore purchases.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and platform review requirements.

4. Photos and AI Processing

Room photos may contain personal items or other sensitive details. Only upload photos that you have the right to use. We process uploaded photos to generate interior design results and may store them so you can view your history. Avoid uploading photos that include people, minors, IDs, financial documents, or highly sensitive personal information.

5. Sharing and Service Providers

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Nestora, including hosting, storage, authentication, AI generation, diagnostics, email delivery, and subscription management providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

6. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and purchase records, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account or generated content by contacting support.

7. Your Choices

  • You can choose not to upload a photo, but image generation will not work without one.
  • You can request access, correction, or deletion by contacting [email protected].
  • You can manage subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • You can control camera and photo library permissions in your device settings.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Nestora is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

10. International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. We take steps designed to protect information according to this policy.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
