Nestora Terms of Service

The terms that govern use of Nestora, including accounts, user content, AI generated results, subscriptions, acceptable use, and support.

Effective date: May 31, 2026 Chinese and English versions may differ. The English version controls.

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of Nestora, an AI interior design application. By using Nestora, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must comply with applicable laws and platform rules when using Nestora.

3. User Content

You retain your rights in photos and other content you upload. You grant Nestora a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and transform your content as needed to provide AI generation, history, sharing, support, safety, and service improvement features.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for any content you upload. Do not upload illegal content or content that violates another person's rights.

4. AI Generated Results

Generated designs are provided for inspiration and planning. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for real-world construction, safety, electrical, plumbing, structural, legal, or code-compliance decisions. Consult qualified professionals before making physical changes to a space.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Nestora may offer paid subscriptions through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other approved stores. Subscription pricing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing are handled by the store where you purchased. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.

Paid features may depend on RevenueCat or store-provided entitlement status. If your entitlement does not update, use restore purchases or contact support.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not reverse engineer, abuse, disrupt, scrape, or overload the service.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Do not upload content involving exploitation, harassment, illegal activity, or infringement.
  • Do not use generated results to mislead others or violate applicable laws.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of Nestora at any time. We may also change features, pricing, model providers, limits, and usage policies.

8. Disclaimers

Nestora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nestora and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or service interruption, arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using Nestora at any time.
